Paralyzed by Fear

The time I was paralyzed by fear was when I was riding my bike, crossing an alley way, I got hit by a car. I don't remember it very well, but I do know that I ended up in the middle of the street. All I could hear was the ambulance and my cousin that lives across the street, trying to see what had happened to me. Then I black out. When I woke up, I was in the hospital with my sister by my side. Man, was I lucky that day. My grandma said it was because she prayed for me and at the end I thanked the lord for letting me live one more day. Now I will always ride my bike cautiously crossing an alley.

The Three Stooges

Yesterday morning was off the hook. I mean, my favorite show that I haven't seen for such a long time, was on. The best thing about it was that it was a marathon, so I got to see it all morning. One show was when Moe was sick and Curly and Larry was making a lot of noises. But Curly and Larry wanted to make it up to him, so they took him hunting. When they got there, it said no hunting, but they didn't see the sign. All of nthe sudden, they saw a black bear. Man were they scared. The bear went into a cave , so all three of them decided to block the enterance with rocks. Larry was throwing rocks and accidently hit Moe on his head. I was laughing hard. They ran to him and thought that he had died. They both put Moe in the car. They continued to build the wall, but they didn't see the bear come out. Then they turned around and were shocked to see it. Curly told Larry to throw a rock, so he did. It knocked the bear out, but they thought that they had killed it. So they were driving back and the bear was in the back with Moe(both were still unconscious). The bear woke up, and started hitting them on the head. they turned around and they jumped out of the car and the bear drove off with the car. I was rolling with my stomach hurting.

Today

Today, I didn't do anything exciting. I got a score of 231 on the reading part of the MAP test. I am trying to finish my homework for every class tonight. Lunch, today, was not very tasty. After school, I went to my off-campus drug group, it was boring. All we did was watch a movie about teenagers and their parents, and what part of the brain we use. Did you know that teenagers use the creative part of the mind and adults use the critical thinking part of the mind? I was amazed when I found that out because it was true. I am always creative at any time of the day.

My Memorable Birthday!!!

My memorable birthday was when I turned 9. My whole family threw a birthday party at a park. I got to see my mom for the first time and what made it more special was that my younger brothers got to come too. My cake was awesome. It was a Hulk cake. My grandma had made her famous potato salad, it was delicious. My favorite part of the day was the Astro Jumper. My grandpa gave me a videogame that just needs to be connected to the television. My birthday was the only day that my whole family didn't fight and was together.

My Embarrassing Moment

About 7-8 years ago, I was living with my second foster parents’ house in Lemon Grove. I got up out of my bed, when my foster mom, Angelica, told me to put on nice clothes. I was confused. All dressed up, I walked downstairs to find my right shoe. I saw strangers with cameras and umbrellas just setting up for something. A lady grabbed my hand and told me to fix my hair because I was next to take an individual photo. With everybody doing things in a rush, it sounded like a stampede was in the house. By the end of the individual pictures, we did siblings photos. They made me sit on top of sister’s lap. I thought everything would go smooth but when the person who was taking the pictures told us to stay still. All of a sudden my stomach started rumbling and I accidently farted on my sister’s lap and boy did I clear out the room.

Last Day of Hell Week

Saturday around 9: oo in the morning, I woke up with my roommate’s talk show playing on the radio. I had my Houseparent make me some breakfast before football practice, which was at 10:00. After eating, I got ready for practice. At practice, one of the coaches’ said that he had a treat for us. He wasn’t lying; he made us run 10 miles up a hill. I felt like I was going to die when we were done. Practice went on for 3 and half hours. I was glad that it was over. But at least I got a good exercise out of it.

First Day Back

My first day back at school was very interesting. Eating muffins was my favorite part of the day because it was so delicious. I thought it would take forever waiting to get my classes but it went by pretty fast. I was excited to have Ms. Davis for Biology and I finally ended up in Mr. Beedle's Art class. I am trying to get a 3.0 or higher as my GPA. school is going to be a piece of cake!!!
